Why do you require a pre-payment for reservations?/Can I cancel my reservation?
Unfortunately, no-shows and last minute cancellations at most restaurants are commonplace. Because we are so small—only 16 seats—with one seating per night, just one couple “no-showing” makes our night a loss.
Much like a concert or movie ticket, reservations are not refundable. However, if you need to cancel and we can fill your spot from our waitlist your payment will be refunded.
How far in advance do you need to make reservations?
We are now filling up about two months in advance. We do keep cancellation lists for every evening. Email email@example.com to be put on a specific night’s list.
Do you take Walk-ins?
We prepare our menu daily for our reservations and cannot accommodate walk-ins.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Alas, it is too challenging to accommodate vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, or dairy-free diets to every course. If you have an allergy, please email to let us know upon booking. Most singular food allergies are able to be accommodated.
Is there a reduced cost if I don’t drink alcohol or I don’t want one of the courses?
W count on each seats full price to run our restaurant so unfortunately there is no reduced cost for modifications.
What if we are late to dinner?
We will try our best to catch you up, but some dishes might not be possible without slowing down the whole restaurant.
What beverages do you have as alternatives to wine?
We have a variety of soft drinks and beer if you don’t care for wine.
If you prefer an alternative to wine please let us know when you make your reservation.
Do you allow children?
We can accommodate children who can enjoy the full menu. We feel parents know their children best. Our dinners last about 2-2 1/2. If your children would be comfortable with that, then they are welcome. However, we don’t have a special children’s menu.
