Now entering its next chapter, Uncorked Kitchen, located in Santa Barbara, is offering an intimate dining experience, seating up to 14 guests Wednesday through Saturday. Chef and sommelier Michael Amador will be creating a seven course ,wine-paired, tasting menu focused on the bounty from the Central Coast, with influences and direction from around the world. Our curated wine pairings are a key part of the intimate dining experience.
**Due to the complexity of our menu, we are unable to accommodate vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, or dairy-free diets to every course.
